All academies are independently owned and operated.

If you know we handle your billing account or you are not sure who processes your billing please fill out our online form.  Academy Masters and Instructors normaly do not make any decisions on tuition issues, extensions or cancellation issues. When you fill out the online contact form we will transfer your request to the correct person, billing company or academy, and a representative will review your account and return your email within 12-24 hours.

Note: Not all academies use our management service and we do not handle academy class issues or location issues. Those issues will be forwarded to the academy.

Your academy owners as martial artists, dislike being sticklers about billing policies and academy rules but these rules are needed to maintain a positive training facility.
That is why some owners use our service so we can assist them in maintaining a professionally running academy. Student Services assist in maintaining tuition billing polices to ensure all parents and students have a positive place to visit and train for many years to come.That is the reasons we post basic academy rules online and we maintain strict tuition billing policies as per academy guidelines.

When you joined your academy manager was upfront about tuition polices, cancellation policies, event policies and membership rules which are listed on your registration paperwork. When you visited the academy and talked with the academy Manager/ Master about classes, he/she presented you several tuition options including their (Month to Month Cancel with a 30 day notice) option. They also offered you a Special Goal Setting Program & Family Discount Program with a longer term commitment option "longer term contract" which you signed to receive special savings & discounts. By signing a term contract for a longer commitment period you received a large academy discount, saving you anywhere from 30% to 60% off the normal Month to Month Option.

If you did chose a discounted long term program or discounted family program, you did so knowingly and receive a large discount. You must fulfill your tuition payments whether you attend classes or not. (SEE YOUR CONTRACT FOR YOUR CANCELLATION OPTIONS - ACADEMIES MAY HAVE DIFFERENT CANCELLATION RULES AND POLICIES)

We do enforce all student contracts. Being a member for a long period of time does not grant you special terms or conditions on your program. Please remember Student Services is just assisting to enforce the contract you signed.
