Please Read:

ATC martial art academies are elite training centers, and we pride ourselves on trying our best to please and accommodate parents and students who respect our programs, policies and academy regulations.

If you are having tuition issues please call Student Services, as your academy Masters and Instructors cannot make any decisions on tuition issues, extensions or cancellation issues. When you call the office please leave your information and a representative will review your acccount and return your call within 24 hours.

As martial artists, we dislike being sticklers about our billing policies and academy rules, but we need to maintain professional academies. ATC maintaines strict tuition billing and classroom polices to ensure all parents and students have a positive place to visit and train for many years to come.

ATC believes in operating fair and upfront professional martial arts academies, and we must operate our tuition office and classrooms as smoothly as possible. It is not fair for our students who pay non-discounted month to month rates if we bend our policies for students who try to avoid paying for their chosen discounted programs. That is one of the reasons we post all our rules online and we maintain strict tuition billing policies. ATC is upfront about all our tuition polices, event policies and membership rules which are posted at your academy and on your registration paperwork.

When you visited ATC and talked with the academy Manager/ Master about classes, he/she presented you several tuition options including our $250 to $350 per month, per person (Month to Month Cancel with a 30 day notice) option. They also offered you our Special Goal Setting & Family Discounts with a 12 to 48 month commitment term which was required to receive these special discounts. By choosing and signing a contract for a longer commitment you received a large discount, saving you anywhere from 30% to 60% off the normal Month to Month Option.

If you did chose a discounted 12 to 48 month program or discounted family program, you did so knowingly to receive a large discount and you must fulfill your tuition payments whether you attend classes or not.
(So please attend your classes)

Note: Unfortunately, there are some dishonest individuals who pick long term discounted programs thinking “good, I will get some free items and other big savings and then I will try to cancel in several months.”  Then they complain that we are not fair, when they are being dishonest.

We do enforce all student contracts. Being an ATC member for a long period of time does not grant you special terms or conditions on your program.

Please remember ATC Student Services is just enforcing the contract you agreed too and signed.

DON’T QUIT ( Author Unknown)

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is strange with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a person turns about
When they might have won had they stuck it out.
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow-
You may succeed with just one more blow.

Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victor’s cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to that golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out-
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit-
It’s when things seem worst that you mustn’t quit.
