ATC Tuition & Cancellation Policies



ATC Cancellation Policies:

  • You are responsible for all payments whether you attend classes or not.
  • ATC does not cancel discounted programs or contracts because of the large discount you recieved.
  • ATC Student Service approved cancellations must inlude a 30 day notice.
  • ATC approved cancelations will be prorated based on ($250.00 minimum) per person for time used.
  • You will also have to pay the $100.00 early termination fee.
  • All fees and outstanding tuition dues must be paid before any cancellation will be approved.
  • If you cancel within the cooling off period a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • You will also have to pay for any items your recived free based on your long term program.
  • All tuition is due and must be current until cancellation is approved by ATC Student Services.
  • All cancelation requests must be mail to student services.
  • Instructors and master can not cancel you contract so please contact ( Click Here)

ATC Can Assist You in Several Financial Ways:

  • ATC may place your contract on a 30 to 60 day financial hardship hold.
  • You may  give your program as a gift if you pay it in-full. ($100.00 transfer fee) 
  • You may transfer it to another family member and have them takeover payments.( $50.00 Transfer Fee)
  • You can not transfer your membership to a current ATC member.
  • If the person you transfer defaults you will still be liable for all tuition payments.
  • ATC may restructure your contract to assist you during financial hardships.
  • ATC also offers the fresh start program - Ask about this offer to assist famlies. 

ATC Vacation Policies - Class Time Extensions:

  • ATC does not give class time extensions or refunds on any time missed classes.
  • ATC does not give class time extensions for other sport activities.
  • Any missed classes must be made up during the month classes were missed in.
  • You are responsible to pay your tuition whether you attend classes or not.
  • As a courtesy, ATC will extend a maximum of one month class credit for time missed.
  • Class time extensions are offered for students that are registered in 12, 24 or 36 month programs.
  • ATC may offer you extended Class Credit in certain circumstances.
  • ATC will extend a maximum of 2 months for medical injuries with a certified physician letter.

ATC School Policies:

  • Students may not attend more than one ATC school location at a time.
  • Students may transfer to another ATC location with a $50.00 transfer fee.

ATC Refund Policies:

  • Due to the large discounts received there are NO Refunds
  • ATC does not offer any refunds (No Refunds) on any discounted programs.
  • NO REFUNDS

If your account has been forwarded to Green Tree for collections then ATC Student Services or your Instructor can no longer asssit you with your account.  Do not call your acdemy because they do not have your paperwork.
